Throughout his 30+ year career Wojciech managed over 5,000 individually owned rent houses. After graduating from Spring Woods in Spring Branch, Wojciech earned a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA from Rice University, and a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Wojciech taught Property Management as an adjunct instructor at Houston Community College for 10 years. He also wrote the LANDLORDING column for the EnRICHER, and published articles in The Houston Business Journal and The San Antonio Business Journal.
A native Texan, Suzy Lundquist has 25 years’ experience in business marketing management and communications strategies. Earlier in her career, she was the Real Estate Editor and a Business Writer for The Fort Worth Star-Telegram. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Texas.
After nearly a decade as an international flight attendant for the top national airline, Esel Garza is the newest member of our team. Growing up in Keller, TX, Esel graduated from Keller High School in 2007. She went on to get her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. Esel understands top notch customer service, and brings it with her to every client.
